How to Recharge (Reload / Raastas)

Out of credit? Top up any prepaid number straight from Payer using money in your Wallet. Reload is Dhiraagu's top-up and Raastas is Ooredoo's, and both let you add any amount you like. Looking for a data pack instead? Ooredoo Data has fixed packages.

Open Prepaid & Data

On the Payer home screen, find the Prepaid & Data section and tap Reload (Dhiraagu) or Raastas (Ooredoo) to top up a number.

Reload = Dhiraagu top-up. Raastas = Ooredoo top-up. Both add prepaid credit; pick the one that matches the number's network.

Good to know

  • Reload tops up Dhiraagu numbers; Raastas tops up Ooredoo numbers. Both add prepaid credit you can use for anything.
  • The minimum top-up is 15 MVR (Dhiraagu Reload can be 15–800 MVR).
  • Recharges come out of your Payer Cash balance and are usually delivered within moments.
  • Want a fixed data package instead? Choose Ooredoo Data from the Prepaid & Data section and pick a pack.
