How to Pay Bills

Skip the queues. With money in your Wallet you can pay your Dhiraagu, Ooredoo and Medianet bills directly from Payer. Add your account once, and paying next time is just a couple of taps.

Choose a biller

On the Payer home screen, find the Pay your bills section and tap the biller you want to pay, such as Dhiraagu, Ooredoo or Medianet.

Good to know

You can pay Dhiraagu, Ooredoo and Medianet bills from Payer.
Your account is saved after the first payment, so paying again is faster.
Payments are confirmed with a one-time code sent to your phone, and no card details are needed.
Most bills are processed instantly; Ooredoo bills can take up to 30 minutes to reflect.

Which bills can I pay?

You can pay Dhiraagu, Ooredoo and Medianet bills. You can also recharge (Raastas/Reload) and add money to Dhiraagu Pay wallets.

How long does a bill take to process?

Most bills are processed instantly. Ooredoo bills can take up to 30 minutes to reflect, shown as a pending status until they clear.

How is a bill payment confirmed?

When you tap Proceed to Payment, Payer sends a 6-digit code to your phone. Enter it to confirm. There's no card entry, and the money comes from your Wallet.
