100 laari is MVR 1, so MVR 24.90 is 2490 in every REST body.
Payer is a payment service provider licensed by the Maldives Monetary Authority under the National Payment System Act. Building for a business you don't own? The account holder has to complete verification themselves, and you can be added to the merchant's team afterwards.
